• Join the Health Security Campaign. If you are a business or an organization, download the appropriate membership form below and mail it to us. The more members we have, the stronger our coalition is. If you are a physician who would like to join other physicians as a member of Physicians for the Health Security Act, download the appropriate form below and mail it to us.

• Sign up to receive our email alerts. Individuals who would like to receive our email alerts can contact our communications coordinator, Josette Haddad, at jhaddad@cableone.net or 505-771-8763. Informational alerts provide updates on the Health Security Act’s progress, and action alerts let supporters know specifically what they can do to help.

• Request a presentation on the Health Security Plan. If your group or organization is interested in a presentation on the Health Security Plan, contact our education and outreach coordinator, Dana Millen (dsmillen@msn.com or 505-856-8359), or our southern organizer, Cathilia Flores (cathilia@gmail.com or 575-635-0996). Help educate your community!

• Make a financial contribution to the Campaign. You can make out your check to HSNMC and mail it to us directly at PO Box 2606, Corrales, NM 87048. (For those of you who would like to make a tax-deductible donation, please make out your check to SRIC, our fiscal agent, with a notation that your gift is for the Health Security for New Mexicans Campaign. Mail your check to the address above.) If you are comfortable making an online donation, click here.

• Meet with your local elected officials. Meet with your elected officials to express your support for the Health Security Plan. If your county or municipality has not passed a resolution in support of the Health Security Act (click here for a complete list), discuss this with your local public officials. Contact Dana Millen (dsmillen@msn.com or 505-856-8359) if you need one of us to make an official presentation to your county commission or municipal council.

• Request a workshop in your area. Request a Health Security workshop to become more familiar with the Health Security Plan or to become more comfortable speaking about the plan to others. Contact Dana Millen (dsmillen@msn.com or 505-856-8359) to set up a workshop in your community.

• Write letters to the editor. If you need help,

• Spread the word! Talk to your friends, neighbors, and
  co-workers about the Health Security Plan.
